Access to wholesale pricing tiers and bulk order placement on JS GLOBAL is strictly reserved for verified IT hardware dealers, retailers, systems integrators, and corporate resellers. Applicants must provide a valid 15-digit GSTIN during registration. Account approval is subject to GSTIN status verification on the official GST portal.
All prices listed on the B2B Dealer Portal are wholesale trade rates excluding GST (unless explicitly indicated). Wholesale pricing tiers apply to slab-based minimum order quantities. We reserve the right to revise wholesale prices based on raw material costs and international currency fluctuations.
Orders confirmed on business days are packed and dispatched swiftly from our logistics hub. Delivery transit times range between 1–3 business days depending on destination PIN code. Risk of transit loss is covered under insured courier transit protection.
All IT hardware cables, power adapters, and accessories supplied carry an official 1-Year Replacement Warranty. In the event of manufacturing defects, dealers may initiate a replacement request through the Support Portal to receive doorstep replacement or credit note adjustment.
Dealers can submit order cancellation requests directly from their dashboard before dispatch. Approved cancellations receive 100% automatic refund settlement with a generated Cancellation Tax Invoice / Credit Note.
This B2B Supply Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
