1 B2B Account Registration & GSTIN Verification

Access to wholesale pricing tiers, dealer discounts, and bulk order placement on JS GLOBAL Pvt. Ltd. is strictly reserved for verified IT hardware dealers, retailers, systems integrators, and corporate resellers.

Applicants must provide a valid 15-digit GSTIN during registration. Account approval is subject to automated status verification on the government GST portal. Accounts found with cancelled or inactive GST numbers will be placed on hold.

2 Wholesale Pricing, Minimum Quantities & Price Protection

All prices displayed across the B2B Dealer Portal are wholesale trade rates excluding GST (unless explicitly noted). Wholesale pricing tiers apply to slab-based order quantities.

Price Lock Guarantee: Once a purchase order is submitted and payment/credit authorization is received, product pricing is locked against subsequent market fluctuations.

3 Tax Invoices, GSTR-2B Upload & Payment Settlement

Automated GST Tax Invoices: Every dispatched order generates an official 100% compliant GST Tax Invoice featuring correct HSN/SAC codes, serial numbers, and CGST/SGST or IGST tax breakdowns.
Accepted Payment Modes: Instant UPI, Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS), Net Banking, and Corporate Credit/Debit Cards.
GSTR-2B Automated Sync: Monthly invoice records are uploaded to the GST portal before the 11th of every month for instant dealer input tax credit reconciliation.
Credit Line Settlement: Authorized dealers with sanctioned credit facilities must settle invoice balances within the agreed interest-free credit tenure.

4 Dispatched Shipping SLA & Insured Transit

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on working days are packed and dispatched on the same day from our logistics hubs. Standard transit time is 1 to 3 business days across 28,000+ PIN codes in India.

All shipments are covered under full transit insurance. In the rare event of transit damage or missing packages, dealers must notify our support desk within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

5 1-Year Distributor Replacement Warranty & RMA Policy

All IT hardware, cables, adapters, networking components, and peripherals supplied by JS GLOBAL carry an authentic 1-Year Replacement Warranty or standard OEM brand warranty.

DOA (Dead on Arrival): Devices reporting hardware fault within 7 days of delivery qualify for immediate expedited replacement.
RMA Claims: Warranty claims can be submitted 24/7 through the dealer Support portal with instant digital ticket tracking.

6 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

This B2B Supply Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida / Delhi NCR, India.
