Terms of Service — JS GLOBAL B2B IT Wholesale

1. B2B Account Registration & Verification

Access to wholesale pricing tiers and bulk order placement on JS GLOBAL is strictly reserved for verified IT hardware dealers, retailers, systems integrators, and corporate resellers. Applicants must provide a valid 15-digit GSTIN during registration. Account approval is subject to GSTIN status verification on the official GST portal.

2. Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All prices listed on the B2B Dealer Portal are wholesale trade rates excluding GST (unless explicitly indicated). Wholesale pricing tiers apply to slab-based minimum order quantities (starting from 10 units per SKU). We reserve the right to revise wholesale prices based on raw material costs and international currency fluctuations.

3. Ordering, Tax Invoices & Payment Terms

Automated Tax Invoices: Every order generates an official 100% compliant GST Tax Invoice featuring HSN codes and CGST/SGST or IGST tax breakdowns.
Accepted Payment Modes: Instant UPI, Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
Credit Facilities: Approved dealers with credit line authorization must settle outstanding invoice dues within the agreed 15-day interest-free period.

4. Shipping SLA & Doorstep Delivery

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on business days are packed and dispatched on the same day from our Noida logistics warehouse. Delivery transit times range between 1–3 business days depending on destination PIN code. Risk of transit loss is covered under JS GLOBAL insured courier transit protection.

5. 1-Year Distributor Replacement Warranty Policy

All IT hardware cables, power adapters, and accessories supplied carry an official 1-Year Replacement Warranty. In the event of manufacturing defects, dealers may initiate a replacement request through the Support Portal to receive hassle-free doorstep replacement or credit note adjustment.
