Firm & Business Details: Registered Firm Name, Business Entity Type (Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt Ltd, LLP), and Registered Business Address.
Tax & Identification Data: 15-digit GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) and PAN details for 100% Input Tax Credit (ITC) compliance.
Contact Information: Authorized contact person name, mobile phone number, official email address, and warehouse/dispatch delivery address.
Transaction & Order History: Invoice records, payment modes (UPI, NEFT/RTGS, Net Banking), purchase quantities, and shipment AWB tracking IDs.

5Data Retention & Dealer Rights
